Return & Exchange Policy

We encourage our customers to make a cautious purchase. It's important to us as a business to do what we can to protect the planet. Every time an item is exchanged or returned, more resources and time are consumed and more waste is produced. We are also not a large-scale e-commerce platform where refunds, exchanges, and other forms of customer care are worked into the original pricing.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Due to the handcrafted nature of our garments and the use of all-natural paints, there may be slight variations between products that are not considered flaws. Differences in texture and colour are common evidence of the labor-intensive nature of making these items by hand.

We hope you'll never require to return or exchange an item, but if you do, know that we're here to help in any way we can. If there is a problem with your purchase, please let us know within 14 days. To coordinate, please email us at contact@asaii.in

We're happy to accept returns if you change your mind, but only if the item hasn't been worn, laundered and the tags are still attached. The goods should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging (e-mailer and packaging bag). We will not issue credits or refunds for any difference in price on items purchased before the start of any sale. Orders placed at retail price, will have any refund or exchange option available, while those purchasing at a sale price are considered final sale. If the returned item meets our standards, we will notify you of our acceptance and issue a refund.

Please note: Due to our inventory management system, hand-painted pieces cannot be returned. They are painted exclusively at the time the order is placed and hence are non refundable.

Items on Sale

Please note all sale/discounted items are final and we cannot accept exchanges or returns/refunds on sale items. 

Order Cancellation

If you want to revise or cancel an order, please contact us at contact@asaii.in quoting your order number in the subject line, within 48 hours of placing the order.

 Shipping Policy

Solid Pieces: Orders for solid or plain pieces purchased from our website will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours of order placement. Customers can anticipate delivery within 7-10 working days.

Hand-painted Pieces: Due to the labor-intensive nature of our hand-painted pieces, most are crafted on a made-to-order basis after receiving your online order. Consequently, customers should expect delivery within 2-3 weeks from the date of order placement.

Shipping within India (PAN India):
We offer nationwide shipping across India, and all shipping costs are already included in the order value.

International Shipping:
For orders placed outside of India, shipping costs will be calculated based on courier services. These costs will be communicated to you via email post order confirmation.
