Solid Pieces: Orders for solid or plain pieces purchased from our website will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours of order placement. Customers can anticipate delivery within 7-10 working days.
Hand-painted Pieces: Due to the labor-intensive nature of our hand-painted pieces, most are crafted on a made-to-order basis after receiving your online order. Consequently, customers should expect delivery within 2-3 weeks from the date of order placement.
Shipping within India (PAN India): We offer nationwide shipping across India, and all shipping costs are already included in the order value.
International Shipping: For orders placed outside of India, shipping costs will be calculated based on courier services. These costs will be communicated to you via email post order confirmation.
