Riddles and games, making sense together.

This one was made for Rashmi and Jeff; or as everyone around them calls them, Fu and Fufu.

We didn’t want to just 'design' something for them. We wanted to build something that behaves like them; playful, layered, and only fully understood when both sides come together. Two pieces that only makes sense together.

So, we split the story. We built five riddles across both pieces based on the card games they play together. Everything inside them is incomplete on its own. We can look at either one and feel something, but can only be solved by Rashmi and Jeff when their 2 pieces come together.

The first game, 'Fletter': scattered alphabets, no order. Hidden in it are the places and pieces of their early days; HR College and the name of their first project together. What looks like chaos is actually where everything started for them.

Then came the 'Monodeal' cards. To anyone else, they’re just numbers. For them, they mark everything; the year they met, the date they started dating, got engaged, got married. It's a timeline disguised in cards.

Game of 'The Crew' : symbols, icons, almost random. That’s their kind of teamwork. With no talking, no instructions, just knowing and matching symbols together. Their love for water, bollywood, first trek and the proposal; it's the moments that don’t need explanation.

'Snatch it' : A mismatch but that’s intentional. Because every relationship has that one stupid joke that refuses to leave. A dowry joke on one side, a poop joke on the other. It's not  very pretty, but very real.

And finally, the game of 'Sagrada' : a grid that doesn’t look like much unless you sit with it. It reflects their love for food, but not just any food. It has dosa, chocolate and pizzas. It's the everyday stuff that ends up meaning the most.

Individually, these pieces are incomplete and together, they unlock each other.

These pieces were about making something 'shared'. Something that needs both people to make sense.

Just like them.
